The Ponce de Leon Boulevard Median project is a 1.2 mile roadway section of Ponce de Leon Boulevard from Almeria Avenue to SW 8 Street in the central business district of Coral Gables Florida. The project constructed a landscape median, trolley stops with sidewalk bulb-outs, milling and resurfacing, left turn lanes, signalization modifications, pedestrian ramps, drainage improvements, cross walk enhancements, on-street parking stalls ,and traffic control plans. This project was separated into two phases, Almeria Avenue to Alaczar Avenue was Phase I and Phase II is Alaczar Avenue to SW 8 Street.    

DPA prepared the roadway, drainage, sign and pavement marking, traffic control, signalization design plans. DPA also prepared the specifications, bid services and post design services for this complex City of Coral Gables Public Works project.
