FORT MYERS, Fla. (May 6, 2009) – David Plummer & Associates is very pleased to announce that Mr. Suresh Karre, P.E., has received his certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE).  Earning a certification as a PTOE demonstrates Suresh’s ability to excel in traffic operations, including traffic operations analyses, operational effects of geometric design, traffic safety, traffic control devices, and traffic engineering studies.

Suresh is a Project Engineer in David Plummer & Associates’ Fort Myers office.  He is a registered Professional Engineer, with a Masters Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering.
