Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, located in Miami-Dade County, FL, will have a groundbreaking ceremony for their new 20,000sf two-story classroom building on September 22, 2012. DPA prepared the civil design infrastructure plans for the on-site and off-site improvements and campus enhancements for this project.
DPA has been selected to provide traffic engineering services for the Riverbend Marketplace project located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project proposes nearly 400,000sf of retail use.
DPA has been selected to provide traffic engineering services for the Perry Hotel project, which proposes a new state-of-the-art parking garage with a retail component and a fitness center. The project is located in the city of Miami Beach, Florida.
