DPA has recently completed the survey portion of the Downtown Fort Myers Trolley Study. With over 650 on-street and online surveys completed for residents, employees, and visitors, DPA will analyze the information in order to advise the City regarding demand for trolley service and potential trolley routes.

DPA and the City of Fort Myers conducted a public workshop in March 2012 for the Downtown Fort Myers Mobility Plan. At this workshop, which had over 100 participants, preliminary mobility options were presented and discussed, including ways to reduce vehicular traffic and parking needs and encourage use of other modes of transportation.

The Young Israel Congregation project was approved by the Town of Surfside commission. DPA served as the traffic engineering consultant for this 24,000sf synagogue, which includes a chapel, sanctuary, social hall, offices, classrooms, and a subterranean parking garage. Construction is expected to start in 2013.

DPA has been selected to provide traffic engineering services for the expansion of The Palms at Town & Country in West Kendall. When completed, the center will have more than 700,000 SF of retail space and a 133,000 SF Professional Arts Center.
