The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts is a multi-use entertainment facility located on the east and west sides of Biscayne Boulevard between NE 13 Street and NE 14 Street in downtown Miami.  The Center includes three state-of-the-art theaters, an educational center, an expansive outdoor plaza, and a 1929 Art Deco tower.  The three theaters consist of the Sanford and Dolores Ziff Opera House located on the west side of Biscayne Boulevard, the Knight Concert Hall located on the east side of Biscayne Boulevard and the Studio Theater located adjacent to the Opera House.

The ingress and egress patterns, proposed parking area, and valet / drop-off /pick-up areas were developed by DPA as a part of the Traffic Management Plan.  The main concept was to divert the majority of the vehicles away from Biscayne Boulevard and minimize through traffic where the drop-off / pick-up for the Opera House and Concert Hall occurs.
