Bayview Market Place

The Bayview Market Place is a mixed-use development located on NE 17 Street, between NE 2 Avenue and NE Miami Place, in the city of Miami.  The project consists of approximately 550,000 square feet of retail space, 26 apartment / townhome units, and a parking garage with approximately 2,300 spaces.

DPA provided the following services for the project.

  • Reviewed the existing vehicular ingress and egress to the site.
  • Reviewed the existing vehicular circulation within the parking garage.
  • Provided dimensions and design standards for parking stalls, aisles, curbs, and access ramps, and access driveways.
  • Verified column locations and adjusted them to provide for a safe and efficient circulation.
  • Provided ticketing booth requirements, including type, dimensions, and minimum storage area.
  • Reviewed pedestrian access and circulation within the parking garage.
