The Florida Marlins, a Major League Baseball franchise located in Miami, hired DPA to evaluate six locations for a new ballpark.  For each of the six sites, potential parking demand was estimated based on seating capacity; arrivals by auto, transit, and other modes; and auto occupancy.  Further, these sites were evaluated based on: at-grade and structured parking needs; arterial and expressway congestion at game time; needed roadway / interchange improvements; and transit availability.
