DPA has been the traffic consultant to HealthPark, Florida since 1986.  HealthPark is a mixed use, healthcare complex located in Lee County.  As a mixed use campus, it provides an acute care hospital, specialized hospitals, medical offices, outpatient services, independent living units, assisted living and skilled nursing beds, multifamily residential units, short-term and long-term lodging, and commercial retail.

Since 1985, our services have included the following.

• Concept planning and master plan development, including circulation and parking need evaluations; vehicular, pedestrian, bicycle and transit circulation systems throughout the campus; emergency, visitor, patient, employee, and delivery circulation systems; parking needs and locations within the campus; and access and egress to and from the external roadway network.
• Way-finding measures and signage within the campus and along the external roadway network.
• Testing and impact assessments of alternative development programs.
• Preparation of all traffic studies in support of the DRI and rezoning approvals.
• Preparation of all traffic studies in support of all local development order approvals.
