As part of the Bacardi Headquarters project, DPA undertook a major traffic calming study for the LeJeune / Segovia Neighborhood Area.  This study encompassed a nine block by two block area adjacent to Downtown Coral Gables.  The issues were potential cut-thru traffic, increased volumes, and speeding along these residential streets.  After an extensive data collection and analysis effort, traffic calming devices were found to be warranted on some of these residential streets.  Traffic calming devices that were successfully installed included traffic circles, medians, and a one-way street, semi-diverter.
