Miami Jewish Home & Hospital (MJHH) is located in the city of Miami at Douglas Gardens on a 28 acre campus.  With over 1,400 employees, MJHH did not have enough room for parking for employees and visitors. DPA worked with MJHH during the 1.5 acre expansion process.  DPA designed a 140 space at-grade parking lot with lighting, fencing, landscaping, and a security entry and exit system.

Since the project was in a historic area, various approvals were required before submitting for building and zoning review.  Those approvals included the city of Miami Historic Board of Preservation; the Internal Design Committee;  Special Exception Site Plan Review; and Public Hearing.
