The purpose of this study was to determine the potential effects of the additional traffic generated as a result of increases in maximum allowable floor area ratio (FAR) within the NW 36 Street District.  The traffic impact study, prepared by DPA, assessed existing and build-out conditions based on the new FAR. The study area consisted of two road segments on NW 36 Street and three intersections.  Conclusions included recommendations for strategies that could improve traffic operations within the study area.  The technical analyses included: corridor and intersection capacity analyses; project traffic generation; background traffic; and project trip assignment.
