The Shops at Fifth and Alton, an 180,000 square foot, three level vertical retail shopping center with a six level, 1,080 space parking garage, is located at the entrance to the Art Deco District of Miami Beach.  After its opening, DPA was asked to evaluate the parking garage operations and make recommendations for improvements, including circulation modifications, access enhancements, signage upgrades, pavement marking improvements, and pedestrian feature enhancements.
