The VeronaWalk / Winding Cypress DRI is a mixed use development located in the northeast quadrant of the East Tamiami Trail / Collier Boulevard intersection in Collier County.  This DRI was originally approved for 2,892 residential units and a village center with 30,000 square feet of retail, office and social-recreational space.  DPA provided the traffic studies in support of the DRI and PUD applications and negotiated development order conditions.

In addition to the DRI and PUD traffic studies, DPA also assisted the developer by providing traffic studies for each unit of the development, as it was submitted for approval, and for various amendments to the DRI and PUD.  DPA also performed several traffic analyses at the project’s access points onto Collier Boulevard and East Tamiami Trail and at major intersections in the vicinity of the project.
