The Village of Merrick Park, located in Coral Gables, is a mixed use development of approximately one million square feet, including retail, office and restaurants and 120 residential units.

This project included on-site and off-site civil design services. Some of the project features that DPA was responsible for included:  on-site court yards, garden shop grounds, building site layouts for the Crescent Building, Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and residential units; off-site roadway reconstruction for Ponce de Leon Boulevard, San Lorenzo Avenue, Ruiz Avenue, Le Jeune Road, Altara Avenue, Laguna Street, Salzedo Street, Aurora Street, and Greco Avenue, and the Ponce de Leon Boulevard roundabout; signalization at Le Jeune Road and San Lorenzo Avenue; 12-inch water mains on Ponce de Leon Boulevard, San Lorenzo Avenue, Salzedo Street, and Altara Avenue; 8-inch and 10-inch gravity sewer mains and laterals within the adjacent roadways; and intersection improvements at US-1 / Ponce de Leon Boulevard, Ponce De Leon Boulevard / Grand Avenue / Le Jeune Road, Bird Road / Le Jeune Road, and Ponce de Leon Boulevard / Bird Road.
