PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Carillion Phase ll Tower and the main parking garage for the mixed use development exit onto 69 Street in Miami Beach. The high traffic volume from the new garage required a new mast arm traffic signal and roadway modifications at the intersection of Collins Avenue and 69 Street.
